Built by lab veterans for the way dentists work now.
Wisdom Dental Labs was founded in 2026 by people who spent their careers in dental labs and knew dentists needed a better option: faster turnaround, real digital workflows, online case submission and a lab that picks up the phone before there is a problem.

Why we started
We saw the same frustrations from the inside.
Our founders spent years at the bench and on the phones of traditional labs. They saw what dentists dealt with every week: cases that took two weeks or more, paper prescriptions that came back with questions, and phone calls to find out where a case was. Too many problems only came to light when the patient was already in the chair.
Practices had moved on. Intraoral scanners were becoming standard, teams wanted to send and track work online, and patients expected fewer appointments. Many labs still ran on the workflow of the impression era.
So they built the lab they would want to send to. It is digital-first but still takes impressions. It turns typical cases around in 3 to 7 days. Cases are submitted and tracked online. It is staffed by technicians who check every case against the Rx and call you early, not after the fact.
What changed
The problems we set out to fix.
Cases that disappeared for two weeks
3 to 7 day turnaround for typical cases, with every case trackable in the doctor portal.
Paper Rx forms, phone tag and fax
Online case submission, digital Rx forms, shipping labels and pickup requests under one login.
Analog-only workflows
Direct connections to iTero, TRIOS, Sirona Connect, Carestream and 3M True Definition, plus CAD/CAM design and precision milling. Impressions are still welcome.
Finding out about a problem at the seat appointment
Every case checked against the Rx on arrival. If something needs your input, we call before work starts.
Work that varied from one case to the next
Experienced technicians, one standard across every case, and cosmetic work finished under stereo microscopes.
Ready for what is next
Built for practices adopting AI.
More practices are bringing AI-assisted tools into the operatory: radiograph analysis, treatment planning and smarter scan workflows. Those tools work on digital data, and so do we.
Because our workflow starts with the scan and runs through CAD/CAM design, the cases you plan with digital tools come to us in the form we work with best, with no step back to plaster and paper in the middle. As your practice adds new technology, we are set up to work alongside it.
Clinical judgment stays with you, and craftsmanship stays with our technicians. Technology should take the friction out of everything in between.
Inside the lab
How a case moves through Wisdom.
Every case follows the same path, and someone is responsible for it at every step.
- Received and checkedScan or impression checked against your Rx. If anything is missing or unclear, we call you before work starts.
- DesignedCAD/CAM design from scan data, or traditional wax-up and models for analog cases.
- FabricatedPrecision milling or traditional fabrication, depending on the restoration.
- FinishedCustom shading and characterization. Cosmetic work is finished under stereo microscopes.
- Final checkFit, contacts, occlusion and shade checked against your model or scan and the Rx.

How we work
Three things we hold to.
Speak up early
If a margin, a shade or an Rx line is unclear, you hear from us before we start, not after the case comes back.
Digital by default
Scans, CAD/CAM and online case management are the default. Impressions, trays and try-ins are still handled with the same care.
Craft you can check
Experienced technicians, premium materials, a full range of tooth molds and shades, and cosmetic work finished under magnification.
Send us your next case.
See the difference on one case. Submit it online, or call the lab to talk it through first.
